At Containers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your storage solutions. If your purchase doesn't meet your needs, you can return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components are included and the exterior is clearly labeled with your return ID.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned containers, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
